Last week, Mary Grace had her 4 month check up. She was a total champ when it came to getting her vaccines. As soon as I started comforting her, she stopped crying, making it much easier for me (her 2 month vaccines were soooo sad). Anyway, somehow, after the exam, she seemed so much bigger to both Phil and I all of a sudden. She gained 7 lbs 3 oz in the 9 months before she was born and in the past 4 months, she's nearly doubled that weight and grown a full 6 inches. Our little lady is getting so big!
She has also learned how to roll over both ways and wriggle around somehow. If you turn your back for a second and look back at her, she will be pointing the opposite direction a foot from where you left her. She's wiggled her way into the kitchen to help me with dishes, as well as onto piles of freshly folded laundry, which, of course, she immediately pulls apart and sticks in her mouth. She's so darn cute, though, that it doesn't bother me one bit...not yet.
